Carolyn Schultz retired at the end of May this year, celebrating 30 years of service to the Department of Soil & Crop Sciences. Her retirement luncheon on May 25th was a great success with a wonderful turn-out of students, staff and faculty from all over campus whose lives have been touched by working with Carolyn over the years.
As a special thank-you, the Department presented her with an all-expense paid trip to New Orleans to attend the Tri-Society meetings this November. Since this is the Centennial year for ASA, it will be a great opportunity for her to meet lots of former students that have passed through our halls, in addition to experiencing all the food, music and history of New Orleans.
