CTSS is Moving
The following services, currently provided by Computer Training and Support Services located in 224 Weber Building, will migrate to Morgan Library as of July 1, 2009:
* Computer Training Program
* IT Help Desk
* Large-format Poster Plotting/Printing
* Computer Repair Center
* ASCSU Student Course Survey Drop-off and Pick-up
These services will be available through the Morgan Library Help Desk located on the first floor just west of the Loan and Reserve Desk.
The all-university open computing lab in 224 Weber will be decommissioned during the month of June. Students can access computers in the Morgan Library or in their academic college labs.

Password Policy
- Passwords at the College and University shall be changed twice annually.
- To help secure our environment, the college has implemented the following password policies on domain computers. They meet or exceed all requirements as defined in the university security document.
- Not contain all or part of the user's account name Be at least eight characters in length Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic characters (for example, ~!#$%()_+-={}[]\:;,.
