Oracle HR

Install the following plug-in to use Oracle HR

 

The current version of our Oracle HR system will be unavailable beginning this Thursday, March 10th, at noon. The timeclock system will remain activated, but will be unavailable for approximately a 1/2 hour at noon on Thursday. Timeclock supervisors will NOT be able to access the HR system to modify or create timeclock entries after noon on Thursday until the system is available again. The Oracle HR system will be available no later than Wednesday, March 16th, for users to access.

To upgrade

Step 1. In INTERNET EXPLORER select the following link. ftp://ftpext.is.colostate.edu/pub/jinitiator/oajinit11824.exe

Permit it to run even though it gives you security warnings. Acccept all defaults (select "Next" each time).

Step 2. When installation is complete, close ALL INSTANCES of Internet Explorer.

Step 3. Reopen Internet Explorer to this web page a go to the following link:

http://hr.is.colostate.edu:8002/oa_servlets/AppsLogin
(NOTE: This is a testing site and should work through the down period for Oracle. This is NOT the live oracle site.)

If it doesn't open, email aghelp@agsci.colostate.edu. If you change your password, don't forget to make a note of it.
